About us
A gym that trains like a lab
We started Iron Forge because most gyms sell access, not outcomes. Every member gets a movement screen, a periodised programme and a coach who reads the numbers. The floor is stocked with calibrated plates, competition racks and recovery equipment that would not look out of place in a national training centre.
We cap membership deliberately. Fewer people, more coaching, zero queueing for a rack at 7pm.

How we got here
Nine years of iteration
- 2016
One room, four racks
Opened above a garage in Bandra with a barbell club of nineteen people.
- 2019
The coaching model
Dropped the sales floor entirely. Every membership started including a screen and a programme.
- 2022
14,000 sq ft
Moved into the current building. Competition platforms, calibrated plates, a full recovery suite.
- 2025
Capped membership
Stopped growing headcount on purpose so the coach-to-member ratio stayed where it needed to be.
